Vapour/Vapour Iperit
Penetration
1.5 cm² fabric sample is placed into
test cell without using polyethilene film.
Air circulation of 5m/sec. (5400 lt/hour)
speed is vertically applied into the sample.
Air circulation is contaminated with the concentration
of 20mg/m³ iperit vapour. Test cell should
be in 20¢J~22¢J heat and environment damp. Contaminated
air is made absorbed in the speed of Vs as
below, according to air circulation resistance
of complete fabric system. Vs¡×0.057Vw²/W
Vs¡×the speed of air(cm /sec) that will be
made absorbed from the fabric

W¡×the air circulation of complete fabric system.(mm

The contaminated air made absorbed at the
speed of Vs is collected for 6 hours by using
a suitable solvent(1.2 ml. Metil isobutyl
carbonal). The concentration of collected
iperit vapour is scaled by analytic or chromatographic
method. Vapour penetration will be less than
150mg min/m³ in 6 hours. |

Washability
When tested according to EN ISO 3759/ISO 6330/EN
25077 tests, the costume will be washable
for 6 times without losing its chemical protection
property. Washibility more than 6 times is
preferred. |
